MY REVIEW:
5/5 STARS
He was no one’s salvation. He was not her savior. The devil himself walked in him and when they were through with her, her soul will be consumed, condemned, damned. I am malevolent.
There are very rare moments when I want to read a dark romance or romantic suspense. And when I do, there are only a number of them that could keep me up my toes. But when I started Miss Cassia’s Malevolent, I couldn’t stop! The eerie yet brilliant portrayal of the psycho in the story messed with my brain and consumed my thoughts. Not just that dark side, though. The tinge of sweet romance amidst all the suspense was perfectly blended into the story!
Sheriff Brady James was total hotness overload! He’s a perfect mix of integrity, charm, loyalty, and valour. And God, that dirty mouth certainly adds an icing to the cake. I was totally besotted by his character!
Reading this have kept my heart racing and anticipating throughout the whole story. It was impossible to put the book down without being continuously boggled by the story. The plot was so unpredictably poignant, transfixing, and well-developed. She mixed the polar genres of romance and thriller into a really mesmerizing read! Cassia Brightmore is a magnificent writer! Hypnotic, gripping, and yet still utterly sweet!
