Let’s talk about the specifics of what you want and plan how we’ll get
your vision right. We'll tackle details on what images to use, colors to adapt,
and other necessary information to jumpstart the project.
Please note that even if I've talked to you about almost everything, I may need to ask questions at some point so I will ask about which social media account or email I should contact you for faster response.
S E N D T H E M A T E R I A L S
(Usually applies on Teaser & Cover projects)
Since I typically ask for authors to provide the image/s I’ll use,
I prefer to have them ahead of time so I can get on them if I finish early on a prior project.
*The quality of your end product will depend on the quality of the image you
provide. If it's possible, please choose the large version of the photo
or atleast 1000 x 1000 (72dpi).
*You are responsible for the rights of the photos you're sending me
L E T ' S S E T D E A D L I N E S
We'll arrange a set of dates on when you'll be receiving the first draft/s of the project and
also a tentative ETA of the final design. I will also make sure that you won't miss any
deadlines and that you'd have everything on the agreed date/s.
P A Y F O R A D E P O S I T
15% of the estimated total bill is required to be paid in order to secure a project. Once I’ve received the materials, that means my work can start anytime. You can no longer refund the deposit if you decide to cancel.
W A I T F O R T H E F I R S T D R A F T / S
I will send you the first draft on our agreed date via your preferred
social media account (usually through Messenger) or email so you can check
where I’m at and if you approve of what I've initially done.
*Drafts are low image quality of the designs and are often unfinalized.
R E V I S I O N S
If the first draft didn’t look quite right for you,
you’re allowed to ask for revisions. I’m all for perfecting your desired output so
I allow as many revisions needed to nail the final design.
C O M P L E T E T H E P A Y M E N T
After we’ve agreed on the final design/s, we can now put this project into an end. I will send you an invoice of the total costs. I will not send the final files until I’ve received the payment.
R E C E I V E T H E F I N A L D E S I G N/S
& I T S E S S E N T I A L S
Once the payment is secured, I will immediately send the high definition
versions of the files your way. And if by any chance, you find minor details that
need revisions, I'm only a message away.
